Improves security standards
We are in support of the proposed specs and implementations. The audit results are good to proceed without small fixes. While we think this change doesn't have to be passed with the Ecotone change, we vote for the proposal.

We support this as it aim to enhances the security and upgradeability of the Optimism Superchain by enabling atomic, cross-chain upgrades in a single transaction. This approach simplifies the deployment process and also reduces potential security risks associated with emergency upgrades. Additionally, by integrating contract addresses into the SystemConfig, the proposal greatly improves the developer experience, facilitating easier interaction with the system's infrastructure. The thorough audit process and the establishment of monitoring systems further demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high security standards.
