This program was not utilized in Season 5, so we don’t see a need for expansion. We also don’t want a large number of new Superchain members to be able to dominate governance decisions on expenditures when they may have varying amount of skin in the game for Optimism mainnet’s success.
In-line with the current goals of the collective, looking forward to see who qualifies.

Given our current context, this program seems appropriate.
With the new intent featuring the Superchain strategy and considering the proper participation from the participating chains is necessary for the appropriate "collective" governance, we believe the amendment and the expansion of it are appropriate.
It's important chains that opt into being governed by us have representation within us.

While I agree with GFX that this program wasn't utilized during Season 5 I want to give it another shot.
Voted For Yes there is a tradeoff we are making to prioritize Superchain growth at the expense of current OP tokenholders. But that is a tradeoff I am willing to make assuming this is a carrot potential Superchains care about Jrocki Delegate Communication Thread: https://gov.optimism.io/t/jrocki-delegate-communication-thread/8229?u=jrocki
While I am not sure why a larger ask is needed when the last season did not have delegates, I still believe it's important to onboard those chains to governance

Voting FOR the proposal as it would help SuperChain deploying participants participate in governance.
