Delegate Statement

The advent of Optimism and the Superchain is poised to significantly enhance the DeFi landscape by attracting a multitude of new users and protocols. To ensure the sustainable growth of the ecosystem, it is imperative to incentivize capital migrators and those dedicated to building sustainable ecosystems. This will provide DeFi with long-term value, yield, and utility.

In order to facilitate the seamless integration of DeFi on the OP/Superchain, it is essential to introduce protocols that serve as foundational DeFi layers. These protocols will promote the composable use of DeFi, fostering an environment conducive to innovation and growth.

Furthermore, the support of experimental programs to invest in projects is crucial for the continued expansion of the DeFi ecosystem. By creating pathways for smaller projects to navigate through grant programs, we can prevent the exclusion of promising initiatives by existing players. This approach will ensure a diverse and dynamic DeFi landscape, catering to the needs of a wide range of users and stakeholders.
